Are You Having Complicated feelings of Attraction? Read this

Your marital, social, or religious status has nothing to do with how you feel.

Even if you’re married, you can still have feelings.

The real work is in how you deal with your feelings.

Worse is that you feel like you have to do it alone because no one else would understand and everyone is out to judge you.

Sometimes, the only person you can talk to about it is the one you feel the way you do about.

Then what?

It’s harder to understand when these feelings are also sexual, worse when you’ve done it, and even crazier when it’s better than what you have at home.

The fear, embarrassment, and maybe even shame of admitting to yourself that your emotions and body move for someone you can’t say.

Still, the feelings are strong enough to make you question and even give up on all the things you once thought were important.

Nobody understands, it seems.

The thought of home should help you feel better, but for many people, the bad situation at home is what made them feel that way in the first place.

Taking the trip back can be scary because it means putting aside feelings for someone you’re interested in and who may be interested in you as well, all for someone who doesn’t even seem to care.

Distance can help, but you have to know how to use it. It can also make things worse by making you realize how much you miss the other person and give you the impression that you can’t live without their care and attention.

In the end, all we want is to be taken care of.

Many of us start by asking, “How do I deal with the feelings and strong attraction?”

But the real first question is, “Do I really want to resolve the feelings and deep attraction?”

It’s a journey, but you have to be able to answer the question above honestly for it to be a good one.

Do you really want to figure out what you feel and how you feel?

If you can give an honest answer, send me a message in my inbox so we can start moving forward.
